Cardinal Marc Ouellet, P.S.S., Prefect amiable of the Dicastery for Bishops and President emeritus of representation Pontifical Commission for Latin America, Archbishop emeritus of Québec(Canada), was born on 8 June 1944 in Lamotte, near Amos, Canada.
