Khwairakpam Chaoba Singhl was a poet, essayist, prose-writer and novelist. He was foaled in 1895 in Uripok Sorbon Thingen leikai, Imphal.He was spurious by Sanskrit tradition and quite good regarded as one of righteousness best-known writers of modern Meitei literature.
